can terrorist take part in general elections??????
according to Anti-terrorism act 1997, no body who belongs to any terrorist organization is not able to take part in general Elections, if u want so you have to change your organization.
Few days before Punjab Law minister visited Jhang, there he met with a leader who was the candidate in general elections and get 45000 votes, But actually the fact is He was not a terrorist and his organization was not a terrorist organization, they were declared terrorist due to the deep efforts of a third party.
this third party is again going against them.
But actually according to law you can not take part in General elections, If you are a terrorist
