Aviation Safty Investigation Board
The objects of the Aviation Safety Investigation Board are to advance aviation
(1)-(a) conducting independent investigations, including, when necessary, public
(b) identifying safety deficiencies as evidenced by aircraft accidents and aircraft Incidents.
