This is under Electricity Supply Regulation Act 2006.
The regulator make any License subject to conditions relating to-

1. The establishment of and compilance with directives to govern relations between a license and its or end users, including the establishment of or end user forums.
2. the furnishing of Information, documents and details that the regulator may require for the purpose of this act.
3. the period of validity of the license in accordance of the section.
4. the setting and approval of the prices, charges, rates, and tariffs charged by licenses.
5. The methodology to be used in the determination of the rates and tariffs which must be imposed by the Licenses.
6. The formate and contents of entered into by licenses.
7. the regulation of revenues of the licensees.
8. The setting Aproval and metting performance inmpovements targets, encluding monitoring through certificates of performance.
9. the quality of electricity supply and Service.
10. The compulsory transfer of the license to another person under certain conditions and terms.
11. with Health safty and environmental Standard and requirenments.
12. compliance with any regulation, rule or code made under conditions relating thereto.
13. the right to operate generation, transmittion and distribution facilities.
14. export electricity , to trade or to perform prescribed activities relating thereto, including Exclusive rights to do so, and conditions attached to or limiting such reights.
15. The type of energy resource from which Electricity must be generated bought or sold.
16. the persons from which or to whom Electricity must be bought or sold.
17. the area of Electricity supply to which a license is entitled or boundThe terminations of electricity supply to the customers or the end users under certain circumstances, the duty to reconnect without undue discrimination and conditions relating Thereto.
18. The duty or obligation to trade or to generate, transmit, distribute electricty and conditions relating to such duties or obligations.
